Warranty, Claims and Returns

Are all products available under warranty?

In general, the majority of our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty from the manufacturer as standard. However, some products listed on the site extend beyond this period. To find specific warranty details, kindly refer to the product description. It’s important to remember that if a product is misused by the customer, it will become ineligible for warranty coverage.

Are my personal details safe?

At iDropship, we prioritize the privacy of our users and safeguard sensitive data. For a comprehensive understanding of our privacy policy, you can access detailed information on how we protect your information. Rest assured, your privacy is our utmost concern.

I need to change the delivery address

You can change the delivery address only before the products are dispatched from iDropship. Once dispatched, the changes are not entertained. Please contact support@idropship.com.au to change shipping address before the products are dispatched.

How will be the products delivered?

We use a number of recognised logistic partners to ship products both domestically and internationally such as AusPost, StarTrack, Aramex, Toll. Offering both standard and express courier options to get items delivered safely and as quick as possible. iDropship sends all items out is white label packaging, there is no branding to indicate the item was shipped by a third party and we also don’t include an invoice or any marketing material either.

How to cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel an order, this is only possible prior to the item being dispatched. Simply log into your Retailer account and go to ‘Order’ from the side menu. Search or Select the item you wish to cancel and initiate the refund process. If you need any assistance please contact us at support@idropship.com.au. Please note that the refund process may take approximately 5 business days after cancellation.

How long does it take to ship?

Your customers will receive the products directly, and the shipping duration can be determined as follows: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after the payment has been cleared, excluding weekends and public holidays. Location: Victoria (Melbourne Metro) – 1-3 days New South Wales (Sydney Metro) – 3-4 days Queensland (Brisbane Metro) – 3-4 days South Australia (Adelaide Metro) – 3-4 days Tasmania – 3-4 days Western Australia (Perth Metro) – 5-6 days Northern Territory – 5-7 days New Zealand – 14-21 days Visit AusPost Calculator for estimated delivery times outside this table. The above table highlights only the average shipping duration from our Melbourne warehouse for the products shipped with Australia Post. Following the Covid-19 pandemic and other natural causes delivery time frames may be affected across the country.

Where can I track my delivery?

You will be provided with a tracking number through email as soon as the product is dispatched. You can also trace the product by visiting Order History in your iDropship account.

How are the products packaged?

Best efforts are made to secure the product with quality packaging. iDropship offers white-labeled packaging which does not have our logo or contact information on it.
